Once you decide to work with me, your 1st session will be a Clarity Session! In this session you will get:

1:1 coaching with Dr. Karen
Clarity on the goal(s) you want to accomplish through coaching
Clarity on your values and priorities
A plan to break through your biggest challenge!

Individual or Couples: Free 90 min 1st session

This is a Free 1st session to set the gameplan for your coaching package.

Breakthrough Package - 6 sessions

1 Clarity Session PLUS
1:1 coaching sessions with Dr. Karen
Create a personal development goal and a roadmap to achieve it
Set boundaries around unhealthy thinking cycles & transform your mindset
Learn from the past and clarify your God given purpose
Break through your biggest challenge

Packages includes:

Assessments, resources, tools
Strengths analysis
Access to Coaches via email and text between sessions
Weekly Homework Assignments

Individuals : 6 sessions (60 min each) @$150 = $900.

Couples: 6 sessions (90 min each) @200 = $1200

Sessions may be scheduled for 2,3 or 4 times/month.

Individuals : 12 sessions (60 min each) @$150 = $1800.

Couples: 12 sessions (90 min each) @200 = $2400

Sessions may be scheduled for 2-3 times/month.
